At its meeting held today 21st July 2021, the Board of Directors approved for publication the Financial Analysis Summary (FAS) dated 21st July 2021, prepared by Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd., in  accordance  with the  requirements of the Listing Authority Policies in relation to  the  €20 million 3.50% Unsecured  Bonds 2027 issued  by  the  Company  in 2017. The FAS is attached herewith and is also available for inspection on http://www.farsons.com/en/financial-analysis-summary.
