Fortizza Pizzeria opens its doors for the summer months 5/31/2006

Fortizza Pizzeria has re-opened its doors to diners who enjoy dining out by the sea during the balmy summer evenings. Operated by Food Chain (Holdings) Limited, a subsidiary of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc, the casual diner is open daily from 7pm till midnight.

Seating around 200 diners, Fortizza Pizzeria is renowned for its classic Italian pizza, so popular with the Maltese. Apart from the pizzas, this year, the open-air pizzeria has introduced saute’ pasta cooking, where diners can mix and match their preferred pasta with a selection of popular sauces. In addition, young children can choose from the Kids’ Menu.

A fortress building, Fortizza Pizzeria is situated in Tower Road, Sliema. The pizzeria is set in the terrace behind the Fortizza and facing the picturesque Mediterranean Sea. The entrance is through the side pathway, on the left hand side of the Fortizza, close to the entrance of the Preluna Hotel Beach Club.
