Established and new Maltese talent at The Farsons Great Beer Festival 7/30/2004

Once more The Farsons Great Beer Festival is proving to be the platform from which emerging and promising young Maltese talent is being presented to ever-increasing crowds on both the Main Stage and Rock Stage areas at the annual event.

New work from established bands and artists like Winter Moods, Ira Losco, Miriam Christine, Krave, Beangrowers, Hooligan, Corkskrew, and new faces like Lumiere, Hidden Sun, Syrup, Leftplay and Sarah Harrison are getting the public response they deserve.

"It is heartening and exciting to see such enthusiasm from the crowds every night for local music artists. The Cisk Export Yellow Rock Tour, which is held around Malta in various pubs and bars, reaches its peak at the Festival every year. It was created with this aim in mind,” said Matthew Cuomo, Beer Festival Organiser.

“Maltese artists have so much to offer and the future of local popular music is evolving right here as we speak during these relaxed and enjoyable summer evenings, over a couple of beers with friends," continued Mr Cuomo.

A schedule of the performance on both the Main Stage and Rock Stage @ World Beers Area is available here: www.farsons.com/beerfestival.

Radio station XFM 100.2 is broadcasting the daily evening live show from the Rock Stage @ World Beers Area from 9.00pm to 11.00pm.
