New Cowboy Grill menu at T.G.I. Friday's 12/12/2003

T.G.I. Friday’s today introduced its new Cowboy Grill menu bringing western flavours and cowboy spirit to guests’ tables. The Cowboy Grill consists of a choice of three main courses and dessert.

The first item on the menu, Ranch Style BBQ Beef Sandwich, is a tasty combination of BBQ sliced fillet, Colby cheese and frizzled onions over toasted ciabatta bread served alongside Friday’s fries. Steak lovers are certain to enjoy the Texas Ribeye Steak – grilled to perfection with zesty Southwest seasonings, served with cheddar cheese, mashed potatoes, grilled corn on the cob and a side of BBQ sauce.

No cowboy gathering would be complete without a blazing fire and skewers of chicken roasting over the hot flames with Friday’s Roasted BBQ Chicken – roasted chicken served with cheddar cheese, mashed potatoes and a side of BBQ sauce.

The new Cowboy Grill is also topped off with a sweet treat. The Campfire S’More Cake consists of a luscious serving of warm gingerbread cake, creamy marshmallow topping and chocolate sauce.

“Guests who want to live out their fantasies of the Wild West can enjoy a meal that explores mouth-watering steak, roasted chicken and a campfire treat,” said Mr. Kevin Micallef, T.G.I. Friday’s Marketing Executive. “The Cowboy Grill menu is bursting with the big bold tastes and flavours true of cowboy cookery.”

The Cowboy Grill menu is served at T.G.I. Friday’s Bar and Restaurant at Il-Fortizza, Tower Road, Sliema. The T.G.I. Friday’s franchise in Malta is operated by Simonds Farsons Cisk plc through its subsidiary, Food Chain Holdings Limited.
