Appointment of Chief Commercial Officer

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Edward Bonello Ghio as Chief Commercial Officer with effect from 1 February 2026.

Mr John Edward Bonello Ghio will work closely with Mr Michael Farrugia, Chief Executive Officer (Designate) assuming the responsibility for Farsons Beverage Imports Company Limited, the Group’s Sales and Marketing departments and the operations of The Brewhouse Company Limited. He shall drive growth across all commercial functions, strengthen market presence and lead brand and customer strategies.
