Notice is given that the 72nd Annual General Meeting of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be convened on Monday 24th June, 2019.

Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Thursday, 2nd May 2019 and not later than noon of Thursday, 16th May 2019.
