Brand Executive - Beers 29/07/2017

A vacancy has arisen for the post of Brand Executive to join the marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the selected candidate will assume full responsibility for all marketing activities related to the brands for which s/he would be responsible, and contribute towards sustaining the Company's leadership position in the beverage market through the application of creative and competitive marketing activities.

The selected candidate will be required to:

  • Plan and execute annual marketing and communication plans;
  • Monitor the performance of the brands/product group/s for which s/he is responsible, assessing in the light of agreed forecasts and activities;
  • Analyse data and other information that is needed on particular market sizes, segments, consumer trends and behavioural dynamics
  • Support the development of new products;
  • Analyse and advise on commercial and related matters;
  • Develop and coordinate digital/social media campaigns in line with company policy and procedures.


The selected candidate/s will:

  • Preferably have a first degree in a marketing-related qualification;
  • Have relevant work experience and be aware of market trends and developments;
  • Be self-motivated, show initiative and be capable of working independently under pressure and handling multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously;
  • Be able to work within a team;
  • Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, both in English and in Maltese;
  • Have hands-on digital/ social media knowledge and experience;
  • Have good analytical and presentation skills.
