68th Annual General Meeting and Nominations to the Election of Directors

Notice is given that the 68th Annual General Meeting of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be convened on Thursday 25th June 2015.

Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Monday 27th April 2015 and not later than noon of Monday 11th May 2015.
