Farsons supports L-Istrina 2010 through its flagship brand, Kinnie 29/11/2010

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc, one of Malta’s leading industry players, has pledged its support for this year’s L-Istrina campaign through its flagship brand, Kinnie.

The company has announced that it will donate €0.30 to L-Istrina for every six-pack of Kinnie, Diet Kinnie or Kinnie Zest 1.5 litre purchased throughout the Christmas period. In addition, several activities are being organised by the company’s employees to raise more funds to be donated to this worthy cause.

“L-Istrina is an annual campaign that is close to the hearts of the Maltese people and Farsons believes in and is fully committed to this cause,” said Ms Susan Weenink, Head of Marketing and Communications at Simonds Farsons Cisk plc. “This year’s initiative with Kinnie recognises the goodwill associated with Malta’s favourite soft drink and builds on this to contribute to this annual worthy cause. And this at no extra cost to the consumer.”

In addition, this season, Kinnie will be offering even more value for money by giving consumers a free Christmas-themed table placemat with every six-pack of Kinnie, Diet Kinnie and Kinnie Zest 1.5 litre purchased. There are four different designs to collect and the offer is available at major stores and supermarkets. Valid until stocks last.
