T.G.I. Friday’s Restaurant Debuts Culinary Classics 29/11/2005

- New Chef Selects menu features three new entrées -

Finding a great meal has just got easier. The new Chef Selects menu at T.G.I. Friday’s will treat your taste buds to three scrumptious taste sensations. Diners seeking a memorable dining experience will find that the Chef Selects menu provides a peek at the best in American cuisine at a price point that will allow for repeat visits.

America is known for its big-city steak houses. The two steaks featured on the Chef Select menu turns back time to boisterous evenings in New York City or Chicago in the 50s and 60s when ‘Surf and Turf’ were menu staples. Friday’s Chef Selects menu features both. The elegant Chargrilled Fillet Mignon and Chargrilled New York Strip Steak are both made to order and topped with red wine demi-glace, garnished with sautéed mushrooms and crumbled bacon. If one’s fancy turns to lamb, the Garlic Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops topped with a red wine demi-glace and served with oven-roasted radishes and carrots is a delightful option.

No meal would be complete without dessert. The Flourless Chocolate Cake is a rich indulgence surrounded with a sweet raspberry sauce and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
