Over the last few years, fajitas have grown in popularity across the globe, so it only makes sense that T.G.I. Friday’s, who took fajitas to 56 countries around the world, reinvents the fajita by taking it to new levels. Friday’s new Sizzlin’ Fajitas tower two-and-a-half feet tall with three levels of flavor. Inspired by the borders and big cities in Texas as well as the Southwestern plains of New Mexico, the new Friday’s Sizzlin’ Fajita Tower recipe combines the best of America’s Southwest with flavors to send the tastebuds soaring.

Friday’s Sizzlin’ Fajita Tower offers two ways to make a fajita: wrapping chargrilled meat and vegetables in a cool, crisp lettuce cup for a refreshing lighter fajita or using the traditional warm flour tortilla to hold in the flavor. Paired with one of Friday’s Margaritas, here is an exciting meal full of the spicy tastes of classic Southwestern cuisine loved the world over.
