Brand Executive 11/7/2019

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the selected candidate will assume full responsibility for all marketing activities related to the brands for which s/he would be responsible and contribute towards sustaining the Company’s leadership position in the beverage market through the application of creative and competitive marketing activities.

The selected candidate will be required to:

  • Plan and execute annual Marketing/Business Plans for the brands and/or products falling under his/her responsibility;
  • Support the development of new products;
  • Monitor the performance of the brands/product group/s, assessing the light of agreed forecasts and activities;
  • Analyse data and other information that is needed on particular market sizes, segments, consumer trends and behavioural dynamics;
  • Conduct research studies when required for his/her products and brands;
  • Develop and coordinate digital/social media campaigns in line with company policies and procedures;
  • Attend brand sponsored events/Company-related activities including the annual Beer Festival.

The selected candidate will:

  • Preferably have an MQF Level 6 marketing related qualification;
  • Have relevant work experience and awareness of market trends and developments;
  • Be self-motivated, show initiative and capable of working independently under pressure and able to handle multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously;
  • Be able to work within a team;
  • Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing; both in English & Maltese;
  • Have hands-on digital/ social media knowledge and experience;
  • Have good analytical and presentation skills.
