Telesales Clerk 04/10/2018

A vacancy has arisen for the post of Sales Clerk within Simonds Farsons Cisk plc. S/he will be required to support the sales team in the running and administration of the sales function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing reports, workings, data and research;
  • Take phone calls from customers and direct calls according to specific routes, entering orders and assisting customer needs;
  • Following up with distribution on customer orders and needs;
  • Providing secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, answering phone calls, relaying messages as well as maintaining equipment and supplies;
  • Relieving Sales Representatives when necessary; 
  • Liaising with exports and/or the duty free department regarding orders and any necessary paper work;
  • Following a daily sales route and calling customers accordingly;
  • Any other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.


Requirements:

  • The chosen candidate will require good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration. S/he must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail to process orders quickly and efficiently. Candidate must also be a good communicator, able to work with customers and other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers. Good clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills are also essential.
  • Education: O/A Level standard of education and/or MCAST certificate in administration or other related field
  • There will be skills development opportunities for the selected applicant. Training will be provided.
