Sales Manager (Quintano Foods Limited) 10/09/2018

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sales plan for the portfolio of brands entrusted to him/her, and the business development initiatives in accordance to the company’s objectives.

Key objectives include:

  • Developing sales plan forecasts to achieve/exceed annual sales objectives in line with agreed operational strategies;
  • Motivating and coaching a team of sales representatives;
  • Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Identifying opportunities to build strong business ties with key clients and seeking opportunities to create business synergies within the Farsons Group;
  • Liaising with the Marketing, Procurement and Distribution sections of the company to ensure and improve the availability and sales of the Company’s brand portfolio;
  • Understanding, analysing and utilizing sales syndicated data to identify sales opportunities.


The selected candidate will:

  • Preferably have experience and a track record of field sales and sales management experience preferably in the FMCG industry;
  • Possess very strong leadership, team facilitation and problem-solving skills;
  • Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, possessing good analytical and presentation skills;
  • A relevant University Degree qualification in any subject will be considered an asset.
