Part-Time Front Officers 21/08/2017

We are seeking to recruit part-time Front Officers at the Company’s new Main Entrance.  Reporting to the HR Services Manager, the chosen candidates will manage the front office, greet employees and customers into the office building and support with other Human Resources administrative processes.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet and accommodate employees, visitors and customers as per company procedures;
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them accordingly and/or keep messages;
  • Manage the internal and external postage system;
  • Manage meeting / conference room bookings for the whole building according to established procedures;
  • Manage and update daily communication and information on the Company’s digital monitoring systems;
  • Support the HR Services area with administrative tasks as directed.

Most importantly you need to:

  • Have excellent communication and telephone skills;
  • Have, as a minimum, an ‘A’ Level standard of education;
  • Be fluent in speaking both English and Maltese, as well as good writing skills in both languages is required;
  • Preferably have working experience in a similar environment;
  • Have good administrative and organization skills;
  • Possess good organizational skills
  • Be ICT literate

Candidates are invited to express their interest in working either on a roster basis between 0700hrs and 1315hrs and 1245hrs and 1900hrs; or alternatively indicate if their preference is to work only the morning shift or only the afternoon shift on a daily basis.
