HR Support Services Executive 11/12/2017

We are seeking to strengthen the Human Resources team by recruiting an HR Support Services Executive. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, the HR Executive will have an instrumental role in an array of HR functions including developing and producing HR policies, procedures and solutions to support organisational performance and employee well-being.

The selected person will be responsible to:

  • Develop, implement, support, and review HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems;
  • Assist line managers across the Group to develop job descriptions while keeping the HR system and personnel files up to date;
  • Facilitate the communication of job descriptions with employees;
  • Assist the HR Services Manager and the Group HR Manager in the job evaluation process;
  • Participate actively in the various employee relations programs and activities to establish positive employer-employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale;
  • Promote and assist the employee well-being policy and implement the various activities in line with budget constraints;
  • Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction;
  • Support in the administrative functions of the HR Services area as necessary.

Most important you need to:

  • Have as a minimum a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, together with an A Level Standard of education, with good and fluent writing skills in English and Maltese;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in an HR environment, preferably in the area of Employee Relations;
  • Be an effective communicator at all levels;
  • Possess good organizational skills;
  • Be ICT literate including presentation skills.
