Administrative Assistant to the CFO 20/10/2017

Job Outline

To provide professional administrative, secretarial and assistance support to the Chief Financial Officer while contributing to the timely, effective, efficient, and quality service delivery of the wider Finance function.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Compiling meeting agendas and records, and follow up on actions required;
  • Co-ordinating and prioritising the administrative workflow within the office;
  • Drafting of reports, graphs and presentations;
  • Screening and managing phone calls, enquiries and requests;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external customers;
  • Coordinating specific projects as delegated by the CFO;
  • Efficiently supporting the CFO as required.

Skills Required:

  • Have a high level of professional integrity and dependability;
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload with an eye for detail;
  • Be positive, energetic and confident;
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications;
  • Practice high ethical standards and able to exercise discretion.
